The Huggi 1000
The Huggi 1000 is the strongest and most reliable conveyor we’ve ever manufactured. With its heavy-duty roller and anti-jam roller-up fork, it ensures a flawless car wash experience for our customers. We’ve gone even further by upgrading the chain to a 5/8” heat treated steel log chain and adding a HECO drive motor manufactured in the USA for maximum efficiency.
The Huggi 1000 S
The new HUGGI 1000S conveyor builds on top of our strongest and best heavy-duty conveyor we make.
Due to a larger 5-tooth drive sprocket, the motor on the HUGGI 1000S will turn 30% less than a normal conveyor.
Therefore, it also runs 30% faster than the HUGGI 1000 conveyor.
The HUGGI 1000S is available in length up to 200 feet.
